- Surf Caster★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I brought a simple seat cushion to Tyler to be reupholstered. He incorrectly put the zipper across the front of the seat. When I emailed Susan with photos, she responded "Yeah that's not right" and offered to refund my money (I paid $135. plus supplied my own material). That was 3 weeks ago. I have sent several emails and left voicemail, without response. Clearly they don't need my business. Ripoff! Horrible Service!
