- Diane Roncone★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been coming here for at least three years and love it. They always do a great job! I read the comments here, and I guess that normally the difficult customers take the time to write. There are SO MANY satisfied customers. The salon is almost always packed. Nancy, the owner, is wonderful and always tries to fit customers in whenever possible. However, if someone is rude to her first, she will not put up with it (the entitled "Hamptons' attitude) so to the people who say she was rude, I can just imagine that you were probably rude to start with. Nancy is a sweetheart and if you're kind and polite (as we all should be), then everyone there is kind and polite. And professional! I love them.
